International Customs, Duties & Import Fees: International customers may be charged customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, carrier handling fees, or other import-related charges depending on their country’s rules. These charges are set by the local customs authority or carrier and are the customer’s responsibility if charged.
Unpaid Import Fees: If a parcel is refused or returned because of unpaid customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or carrier handling fees, the customer may still be responsible for any costs charged back to NK, including return, disposal, customs-related, or resend costs.

Refunds / Returns

Made-to-Order Policy: Because NK products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Review Before Ordering: Please check product descriptions, sizing information, colours, shipping timeframes, delivery details, and order information carefully before placing your order.
Returned Parcels: If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, unpaid import fees, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may need to pay the cost to resend the order.
