SHIPPING POLICY
Production Time
Every NK piece is made to order with care and attention to detail.
Please allow up to 10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) for production before your order is shipped.
Production includes printing, sewing, quality checks, packing, and preparing your order for courier collection.
Shipping times begin after production is complete.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping:
7–15 business days after production
International Shipping
Standard Shipping:
12–20 business days after production
IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not collected by Nesian Kulture and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary between countries. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Remote Area Shipping
Some locations are classified as remote by our courier partners and may require additional shipping charges and longer delivery timeframes.
If your address is considered remote, we may contact you regarding any additional courier charges before dispatch.
Remote area deliveries may take between 20–45 business days after production.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your shipment at any time using the Track My Order page on our website.
