RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Nesian Kulture, every order is made to order specifically for you.
As a result, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details carefully before placing your order.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Please do not send items back without approval. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed and approved.
MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• The missing item(s)
• A photo of the package received
Once reviewed, we will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
• Made-to-order products
• Incorrect size selections made by the customer
• Change of mind purchases
• Used, worn, or washed items
• Items damaged after delivery
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Limited drop products
REFUND PROCESSING
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for funds to appear in your account.
