- Quality Check: Your order may include printing, sewing, quality checks, packing, and preparation before courier collection.
- Shipping Begins After Production: Delivery time starts after production is complete, not from the day your order is placed.

PU Leather Bag Care Guide
Keep your PU leather bag in top condition with these care tips:
- Washing: Wipe with a damp cloth mixed with a gentle detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Drying: Pat dry with a soft cloth and allow to air dry completely away from direct heat.
- Conditioning: Use a PU leather conditioner to keep the material soft and prevent cracking.
- Storing: Store in a cool, dry place. Fill with paper to maintain shape.
Note: Test any cleaner or conditioner in a discreet area first to ensure it does not damage the material.
Delivery, Returns & Import Fees
Delivery / Shipping
- Made to Order: Most NK products are made to order after your order is placed.
- Production Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
- Shipping Begins After Production: Shipping time starts after production is complete, not from the day your order is placed.
- Standard Shipping: Standard delivery usually takes 12–20 business days after production is complete.
- Remote Areas: Remote or rural areas may take longer. In some cases, delivery may take up to 20–45 business days after production is complete.
- Split Shipments: Some NK products may be made and shipped by different fulfilment partners, so items from the same order may arrive separately.
- International Customs, Duties & Import Fees: International customers may be charged customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, carrier handling fees, or other import-related charges depending on their country’s rules. These charges are set by the local customs authority or carrier and are the customer’s responsibility if charged.
- Unpaid Import Fees: If a parcel is refused or returned because of unpaid customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or carrier handling fees, the customer may still be responsible for any costs charged back to NK, including return, disposal, customs-related, or resend costs.
Refunds / Returns
- Made-to-Order Policy: Because NK products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.
- Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Review Before Ordering: Please check product descriptions, sizing information, colours, shipping timeframes, delivery details, and order information carefully before placing your order.
- Returned Parcels: If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, unpaid import fees, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may need to pay the cost to resend the order.
