Selected products may experience extended processing times between February 14 – February 25, 2026 due to annual production scheduling.
Impacted items will be clearly marked on their individual product pages.
We recommend placing orders early if needed for a specific date.

Production Time (Please Read First)
All NK items are made-to-order with care and accuracy.
Production time is 3–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
This is the time it takes to create, print, sew, and prepare your order before it is handed to the courier.
Production time happens before shipping begins.
Shipping estimates below start after production is complete.
Shipping Times
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping: 12–20 business days after production
Express Shipping: 3–8 business days after production
International Shipping
Standard Shipping: 12–20 business days after production
Express Shipping: 3–8 business days after production
Remote Area Shipping Policy
To ensure correct rates and accurate timeframes, please follow these steps:
Remote Area Option:
If your address is classified as a remote area, select “Remote Area Shipping” at checkout.
Additional Charges:
If the remote option is not selected and your address is remote, we will contact you with the additional courier surcharge.
You may cancel the order if you choose not to proceed.
Remote Delivery Time:
20–45 business days after production.
Express Shipping:
Not available for remote areas.
Check Your Status:
You can check if your postcode is considered remote using the courier’s remote area tool.
Customs and Import Taxes
Some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes upon arrival.
These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
You may track your order anytime on our website using the Track My Item page.
