This allows us to create products with care, reduce waste, and offer unique pieces without holding large amounts of stock.

As all NK items are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Unwanted items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
