At Nesian Kulture, we want every order to arrive with the quality, care, and respect our customers expect from us.
If something is not right with your order, please contact us at contact@nesiankulture.com.au so we can review it properly.
Return Window
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- New and unused
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging where possible
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
Damaged, Defective, or Poor-Quality Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us at contact@nesiankulture.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us at contact@nesiankulture.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item received.
If the error is confirmed, we will correct the order through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us at contact@nesiankulture.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The missing item/s
- A photo of the package received
Once reviewed, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges where stock is available.
If the requested size or product is no longer available, we may offer a refund or alternative solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect:
- Used or worn items
- Washed items
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items not in original condition
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, where clearly stated
