Washing Guide for Polyester Fabric

Preparation:

Check Manufacturer Instructions: Always refer to the care label or manufacturer's instructions for specific guidance on washing your polyester item.
Empty Pockets and Remove Debris: Before washing, ensure all pockets are empty and remove any dirt or debris from the item.

Washing Process:

Machine Washing:
- Set the washing machine to a gentle cycle with cool or lukewarm water (not hot).
- Use a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.
- Place the polyester item in a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase to protect it during the wash cycle.
- Wash similar colors together to prevent color bleeding.
Hand Washing:
- Fill a basin or sink with cool or lukewarm water and add a small amount of mild detergent.
- Gently agitate the water to create suds.
- Submerge the polyester item and gently swish it around in the water. Avoid vigorous rubbing or wringing.
- Let it soak for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool water until all soap residue is removed.

Drying:

Air Dry:
- After washing, reshape the item if necessary.
- Hang it to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause fading.
- Avoid using a dryer unless the care label explicitly indicates that machine drying is safe.

Additional Tips:

Avoid ironing polyester items with high heat, as it may damage the fabric. If needed, use a low-temperature setting or consider using a pressing cloth.
Do not wring or twist the fabric vigorously, as it may cause stretching or damage to the item.

Shipping Begins After Production: Shipping time starts after production is complete, not from the day your order is placed.
Standard Shipping: Standard delivery usually takes 12–20 business days after production is complete.
Remote Areas: Remote or rural areas may take longer. In some cases, delivery may take up to 20–45 business days after production is complete.
Split Shipments: Some NK products may be made and shipped by different fulfilment partners, so items from the same order may arrive separately.
International Customs, Duties & Import Fees: International customers may be charged customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, carrier handling fees, or other import-related charges depending on their country’s rules. These charges are set by the local customs authority or carrier and are the customer’s responsibility if charged.
Unpaid Import Fees: If a parcel is refused or returned because of unpaid customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or carrier handling fees, the customer may still be responsible for any costs charged back to NK, including return, disposal, customs-related, or resend costs.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
