Some products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours exactly as they appear in person.

SECTION 5 - MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Nesian Kulture is a made-to-order business.

This means many NK pieces are created after your order is placed.

Please allow up to 10 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Production time happens before shipping begins.

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING

Shipping times begin after production is complete.

Australia Standard Shipping:
7–15 business days after production

International Standard Shipping:
12–20 business days after production

Remote area deliveries may take longer and may require additional courier charges.

We do not currently offer express shipping.

Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

SECTION 7 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not collected by Nesian Kulture and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary between countries. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

SECTION 8 - RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

As all NK items are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Unwanted items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Do not send items back without approval. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed and approved.

SECTION 9 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information.

You are responsible for ensuring your email address and shipping details are correct at checkout.

We may be able to update or cancel an order if production has not started.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an order.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, actions, or content.
