Shipping Policy
Every NK piece is made to order with care, quality, and attention to detail.
Please read the production, shipping, and international customs information before placing your order.
Production Time
Most NK products are made to order after your order is placed.
Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Production may include printing, sewing, quality checks, packing, and preparation before courier collection.
Shipping time begins after production is complete, not from the day your order is placed.
Made-To-Order Products
Because NK products are made to order, production and delivery are not instant.
Some NK products may be produced by Nesian Kulture directly, while other products may be made and shipped by our trusted international print-on-demand partners.
This allows NK to offer a wider range of products while keeping each piece made specifically for the customer.
Depending on the products ordered, items may arrive in separate parcels.
Standard Shipping
Nesian Kulture currently offers standard shipping.
Standard shipping usually takes 12 to 20 business days after production is complete.
Remote and rural areas may take longer. In some cases, delivery can take 20 to 45 business days after production is complete.
The final shipping option and cost will be shown at checkout before payment.
International Shipping
Some NK products are made and shipped by our international print-on-demand partners.
International shipping timeframes may vary depending on the destination country, courier network, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Please allow the full production and shipping window before contacting us about a delay.
International Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, carrier handling fees, or other import-related charges depending on your country’s rules.
These charges are set by your local customs authority or carrier and are the customer’s responsibility if charged.
NK does not control these fees and they are not included in the product price or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.
Nesian Kulture is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, carrier handling fees, or delays caused by customs processing.
Customs policies vary between countries. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs, duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or carrier handling fees, the customer may still be responsible for any costs charged back to NK, including return shipping, disposal fees, customs-related charges, or resend costs.
Remote Area Shipping
Some locations are classified as remote by our courier partners and may require additional shipping charges or longer delivery timeframes.
If your address is considered remote and requires an additional courier charge, we may contact you before dispatch.
Remote area deliveries may take between 20 to 45 business days after production is complete.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your shipment using the Track My Order page on our website.
Please allow time for tracking to update after the carrier receives your parcel.
If tracking has not updated straight away, this does not always mean the parcel has not been sent. Tracking updates depend on the carrier.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates only.
Delays can happen due to customs processing, courier delays, peak seasons, public holidays, weather, remote delivery locations, incorrect address details, or other issues outside of Nesian Kulture’s control.
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking first.
If you still need help, contact us with your order number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If the wrong address is entered at checkout, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, Nesian Kulture may not be able to change the delivery address.
Nesian Kulture is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to Nesian Kulture or one of our fulfilment partners because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, unpaid customs/import fees, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may need to pay the cost to resend the order.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
If the parcel cannot be resent or is disposed of by the carrier, customs authority, or fulfilment partner, Nesian Kulture may not be able to recover the parcel or provide a refund.
Split Shipments
Some orders may include products from different fulfilment locations.
This means your items may arrive separately and at different times.
If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
