Shipping Policy
Every NK piece is made to order with care and attention to detail.
Please read the production and shipping information before placing your order.
Production Time
Most NK products are made to order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Production may include printing, sewing, quality checks, packing, and preparing your order for courier collection.
Shipping time begins after production is complete, not from the day the order is placed.
Domestic Shipping
Australia standard shipping usually takes 7 to 15 business days after production is complete.
Remote areas may take longer.
International Shipping
International standard shipping usually takes 12 to 20 business days after production is complete.
This includes New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, and other international destinations we ship to.
Remote international areas may take longer and can take 20 to 45 business days after production is complete.
Customs, Duties And Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not collected by Nesian Kulture and are the responsibility of the customer.
Nesian Kulture is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or delays caused by customs processing.
Customs policies vary between countries. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Remote Area Shipping
Some locations are classified as remote by our courier partners and may require additional shipping charges or longer delivery timeframes.
If your address is considered remote and requires an additional courier charge, we may contact you before dispatch.
Remote area deliveries may take between 20 to 45 business days after production is complete.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your shipment using the Track My Order page on our website.
Please allow time for tracking to update after the carrier receives your parcel.
If tracking has not updated straight away, this does not always mean the parcel has not been sent. Tracking updates depend on the carrier.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates only.
Delays can happen due to customs processing, courier delays, peak seasons, public holidays, weather, remote delivery locations, or other issues outside of Nesian Kulture’s control.
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking first.
If you still need help, contact us with your order number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If the wrong address is entered at checkout, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, Nesian Kulture may not be able to change the delivery address.
Nesian Kulture is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to Nesian Kulture because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may need to pay the cost to resend the order.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Made-To-Order Reminder
Because NK products are made to order, production and delivery are not instant.
Please allow the full production and shipping window before contacting us about a delay.
We care about every order and want each piece finished properly before it leaves us.
